I shall calculate your daily calorie intake in order to achieve a calorie deficit. A calorie deficit is burning more calories than you consume. This is not difficult for my clients as I set bespoke workouts tailored to your needs and physique goals that are all very sustainable and help with burning those calories.

HOW TO GAIN MUSCLE ON MY LOWER BODY?
1. Train these muscle groups at least twice a week.
2. Do not be afraid to eat. Eat good whole foods daily.
3. Keeping protein high. Protein supplements like shakes and bars are very helpful.
4.Challenge yourself and lift heavy weights.
5. Achieve progressive overload. Increasing the weight being lifted every workout, increasing the amount of repetitions being carried out or decreasing your resting time.
